The Sunday school department is an educational institution or setting, that oversees the Christian instruction within the jurisdiction’s local churches. Sunday School classes usually precede a Sunday church service and are used to provide instruction to children, teenagers and adults. The Sunday school classes operate on a set curriculum provided by our National Church. The purpose of the Sunday School Department is to deliver value, provide leading edge biblical educational solutions, training and development, and leadership tools to churches and missions of all sizes. The Jurisdictional Sunday School Department hosts various worship services and a yearly Teaches Convention. "A Child Saved, is A Soul Saved, Plus A Life."
The Music Department’s is responsible for ushering in God’s presence by our praise and worship. Enriching and enhancing services by using the anointing, skill, and talents, to create and maintain the atmosphere. The object of The Music Department is to win souls, and our desire is to lead seekers to the feet of Jesus Christ where they can find salvation. Ultimately our position is to create, maintain, and protect the atmosphere for the Word of God to be presented to the people. The Music Department host concerts, provides training, education and music for most of our jurisdictional functions.
The Jurisdictional Youth Department also known as Young People Willing Workers “YPWW”
This department is committed to calibrating youth leaders to facilitate relevant, cutting-edge youth ministry that will draw and effectuate growth and change. The Youth Department of the New Jersey First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction perpetuates an equipping ministry of excellence to prepare our youth for worldwide ministry. Each and every member of our department will function as concerned, skilled, youth leaders to carry out the vision of this department and enable our youth to live Godly and fulfilling lives. The Youth Department is a vibrant training auxiliary that exists to equip our youth with the necessary training to live a prosperous and victorious life in Jesus Christ. This This charismatic department will design, develop, and implement programs and ministry opportunities that meet the spiritual needs of the youth of our church. Rallies, workshops, and pertinent seminars will be tools used to effectively teach our youth how to apply the Word of God in their lives.
The Jurisdictional Missions Department is designed to recruit, train, and deploy Spirit-Filled servants into all the world to meet the spiritual and natural needs of humanity. The commission Christ gave was to make disciples of all nations, to learn of Him and to mature in the Faith. The objective of this auxiliary is to bring awareness to every leader —- whether bishop, pastor, state mother or leader in general — of the need for a renewed spirit of mission in our church. This can only be done through increasing exposure to challenges and presenting best practices on how the church can help— outlining pathways to alleviate poverty, injustice and inhumanity.
The Jurisdictional Department of Evangelism exists to provide structure for the outreach efforts of the New Jersey First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction through its evangelists and local churches. Seeking the empowerment of the Holy Ghost, evangelists and local churches extend the Kingdom of God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations. Seeking the saving of lost souls, the Department of Evangelism serves as the agency for organizing, training, accountability, unifying, fellowship, equipping and resourcing evangelists and local churches within the jurisdiction in the area of evangelism and serves as the networking source for greater strategic impact.
